Dunroan Shorthorns on winning the Supreme Champion Female and Supreme Beef Exhibit of the Show, with BP Countess Z026 (P), at the Devonport Feature Show. Countess Z026 with a heifer calf at foot was purchased at the Broughton Park Ruby Anniversary Sale for $8,000.

Nero Stud on breeding the Australasian record priced bull, Nero Y2K Zee Top Z034 (P), (by Broughton Park Millennium T22), selling at the 2006 Dubbo National Show & Sale for $75,000.

Cathrine Miller on exhibiting the 2005 Royal Adelaide Show Reserve Junior Champion Bull & 2006 Naracoorte Junior Champion Bull, Batunga Statesman, purchased in utero at the 2004 Belmore / Broughton Park female sale.

The 10 Vendors with Broughton Park sired progeny at the 2005 Dubbo National. Bulls with a significant infusion of B.P. genetics, contributed 20% of the offering, 30% of the placings and 35% of the proceeds.

Hannah Tippett on exhibiting the 2004 Royal Melbourne Show Junior Champion Shorthorn Female, BP Joyce Y098 (P), by BP Rodeo Star V027 (P). Joyce was a calf at foot at the Belmore / Broughton Park female sale in March 2004 and went on to be the runner up in the Melbourne Interbreed Championship.

Scott Ridley on exhibiting the 2004 Royal Adelaide Show Senior Champion Female, Eselar Park Y2K Lady Di W16, by BP Millenium T22 (P).

John Nitschke Drilling P/L for exhibiting the 2004 Royal Adelaide Show Senior Champion Shorthorn Bull, Carlton Xwest X11, by BP Rodeo Star Q59 (P)

Bruce & Shirley Ridley on exhibiting the 2004 Sydney Senior & Grand Champion Bull, Nagol Park Y2K Wallstreet W35 (P), to complete 40 years of successful breeding, showing and selling. Wallstreet, by B.P. Millennium T22 (P), shortly after Sydney, sold for $48,000 at the 'Clargo' Dispersal Sale.

To Lester & Sonia Job 'Moombi' on exhibiting the Senior & Grand Champion Female at the 2004 Sydney Royal Easter Show, a daughter of B.P. Millennium T22 (P).

Andy & Sally Withers on their top price of $12,500 at the 2004 Rabobank Naracoorte Shorthorn bull sale for Belmore Howitzer (P), a son of Broughton Park Rodeo Star Q59 (P)

To the Burra Community School on their exhibition of the Supreme Champion Steer at the 2003 Royal Adelaide Show. The July drop ’02 steer, by B.P. Revenge R44 was awarded the Heavy Weight Champion and Grand Champion Steer on Hoof and then went on to win the Champion Export Carcase and Grand Champion Carcase Awards. At 14mths of age his live weight was 606 kg, Carcase weight 358.4 kg, dressing 59.1% with an EMA of 96 sq cm, a fat measurement of 18/12 mm for a total of 86 points – 5 points clear of the Reserve Champion.

He teamed up with Broughton Park Nugget (by Waukaru Goldship), exhibited by Trinity College and Bundaleer Cracker to take out the O’Connor Challenge Trophy, for a team of three steers for the second year in succession.

Kingston Community School exhibited the second highest scoring Shorthorn, by Broughton Park Magnum R42 at 81pts. Broughton Park Nugget was third with 80 pts.

To John Croser & Sons, Rapid Bay on winning the Champion Purebred Export Pen of 3 steers in the 2003 RAH&S Feedlot Carcase Competition. The steers, all by B.P. Attraction S77 (P) were also the highest weight gaining pen of export steers and included the Champion Individual Export Feedlot Carcase.

John Gould & family for choosing 5 young B.P. sires, including the Junior & Grand Champion at the 2003 Rabobank Naracoorte Shorthorn Bull sale, setting a new sale record of $14,000, surpassing the $13,750 paid by Adrian Goode for B.P. Revenge R44 in 1998.

Graham Ashby & family for their 2003 Naracoorte Senior Champion and second top price of $9500 for a son of B United Chief.

Nick Trompf on his 2002 Melbourne Reserve Senior Champion Female, BP Duchess V104, purchased as a calf at foot with BP Duchess 98 at the 2001 Belmore Invitation Female sale.

HG Thompson & Sons on their 2002 Adelaide Junior Champion Female, a heifer by BP Millennium T33, purchased in utero with BP Princess T76 at the Belmore Invitation Female sale in 2001.

The Burra Community School, on showing the Reserve Champion Export Carcass and highest scoring Shorthorn steer at the 2002 Royal Adelaide show. The BP steer, by BP Crusader 10, out of a Winning Drive female, won the John Gorey Memorial Trophy for the school and was a member of the victorious O’Connor Trophy Team of three steers.

Lester Job & family ‘Moombi’, on receiving up to $8000 for their first heifers by BP Millennium T22 at their ‘On property’ feature sale in August 2002. Millennium T22 was purchased in partnership with ‘Nero’ at the 2000 PIBA Naracoorte sale for $8750.

Keith & Vicki Ridley ‘Nero’ on producing the 2002 Dubbo National Grand Champion Bull with one of the first sons of BP Millennium T22.

The Hurst family, ‘Lake Hawdon’, on their 2002 PIBA Naracoorte Senior Champion Bull, by Broughton Park Jurassic 8th and selling for second top sale price of $10,000. Another of their team, a son of BP Crusader S02 sold to $9500 in the same sale.

The Thompson family, ‘Bayview’ for their Reserve Senior Champion, Naracoorte 2002 and selling for $8500, purchased in utero with BP Princess R12 at the 2000 Belmore Invitation Female sale.

‘Bundaleer’ also had a strong showing with a Winning Drive son purchased in utero with BP Golden Drop 87 (Top priced female at the 2000 ‘Belmore Sale’), fetching $8000.

John Gould & family, ‘Cortina’ on selecting the 2002 PIBA Naracoorte Junior & Grand Champion, BP Millennium V065 ($9500) and the ‘Sale topper’, BP Attraction V049 ($13,000), for their premier Greenways, Shorthorn herd.

G.E. Ashby & Sons, ‘Bundaleer’ for their Senior and Grand Champion Bull and Supreme Champion Exhibit at the 2001 Royal Adelaide Show with Bundaleer United Chief, by BP Canadian Chief and out of BP Rose 58th.

Stephen Withers of ‘Springwood Station’ on producing the ‘Top priced’ Bull of Dubbo, 2001, at $22,000 with a son of BP Baron 3rd, backing up the $20000 received for a son of the same sire in 2000.

John Panizza & family, ‘Trevino’ for their W.A., record breaking $23,000 received at Kojonup, 2001, for a son of Broughton Park Rodeo Star Q59.
